Do I need a liquid?

Not for a quick clean: the brush and the tip work dry. For stubborn or old marks, spray a little soapy water on the sponge in the morning, with any small spray bottle. It keeps the microfiber tip moist all day. The spray bottle is not included.

What is the delivery time?

Your order is prepared within 2 to 4 business days, then shipped for free. Allow 8 to 18 business days in total, depending on your country. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it ships.

What if the product doesn't suit me?

You have 14 days after receipt to return it to us, without having to provide a justification. Write to us before sending it back. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging: if it has been used or damaged, the loss in value will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.
