2. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale apply to any order of products placed by a consumer on the online store.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products offered for sale are shown on the product pages.
The seller strives to present the products as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colour, presentation or finish may nevertheless exist, in particular due to screen display or minor changes made by the manufacturer.
4. Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering.
Any delivery costs and other applicable fees are shown to the customer before the order is finally confirmed.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, any order already confirmed keeps the price accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.
5. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to buy and checks the content and details of their order before proceeding to payment.
Before final confirmation, the customer can check and correct the information entered.
The order becomes final once payment is confirmed and an order confirmation has been sent.
The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in particular in the event of a payment incident, suspected fraud, obvious error or inability to fulfil the order.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering.
The available payment methods are those offered at checkout.
Payments may be processed by secure third-party payment providers.
7. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when ordering.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the delivery details provided.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates. They may include an order processing time.
In the event of a significant delay, a lost parcel or a delivery problem, the customer can contact customer service so that a solution can be found in accordance with the applicable regulations.
8. Right of withdrawal
Where the applicable regulations provide for it, the consumer in principle has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason, except where the law provides otherwise.
The return procedure, any return costs and the refund conditions are detailed in the Return and refund policy available on the website.
9. Refunds
When a right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the refund is made in accordance with the time limits and terms set out in the applicable regulations.
Where the law allows, the refund may be deferred until the product has been recovered or until proof of return shipment has been received.
10. Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), independently of any commercial guarantee.
The consumer has 2 years from delivery to act under the legal guarantee of conformity. Any defect that appears during this period is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. The consumer may request the repair or replacement of the product free of charge; failing that, they may obtain a price reduction or the cancellation of the sale with a refund.
Under the guarantee against hidden defects, the consumer may act within 2 years of discovering the defect and choose between cancelling the sale or a price reduction.

11. Damaged, defective or non-compliant products
If a product is received damaged, defective or not matching the order, the customer can contact customer service, stating their order number and information identifying the problem.
The consumer's rights under the legal guarantees remain fully applicable.
12. Liability
The seller is responsible for the proper performance of its obligations in accordance with the applicable regulations.
However, it cannot be held liable where non-performance or improper performance results from the customer's fault, from an unforeseeable and insurmountable event attributable to a third party, or from a case of force majeure recognised by the applicable regulations.
13. Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact customer service at peepscleanereye@gmail.com in order to find an amicable solution.
